When i was younger if you had a these cars you were rich. These days people who have them think they are rich but are paying 300 quid a month for them on finance.
I think I've told of the lady who came in for mot in her Range Rover last year, her husband has one too, she burst into tears when it failed the mot on a tyre and one front wheel bearing. It turned out that they were paying something like £450 finance on each Range Rover a month and they had sod all money left lol. We said to her why don't u get rid of one and her response was something along the lines of "well where we live it dosent do to drive old cars", get a fucking grip, just because people make out on Facebook or telly that they drive these cars or pretend they do it dosent mean u have to. I just had to walk off and laugh.
