Does anyone know the height of the cover plate fingers off the flywheel once the cover is fully bolted down?

I have a zetec on a MT75 RWD gearbox. It used to run an RS Turbo clutch but my flywheel will also take a Cosworth clutch. I just want to be sure before upgrading to the Cosworth item that the hydrolic release bearing will be ok in my gearbox for the Cosworth clutch cover.
