Lol it's a funny old game getting quotes for building work , I got quotes to build the shell with roof on and I would fit doors and do all the inside of my extension and got a builder for £7500 cash , was starting on Monday and I hadn't heard anything from him so called for him to say he's miss quoted and he wants another grand so he got told where to go , then had quotes from £7500 to £16000 and lots in between . I used the cheapest as I've seen his work and he's done work for family friends so knew he was reliable , cracking job and he's now building my garage .
My advise is get plenty of quotes and go see there work at a minimum.
60 tons Jesus I can see why he needed a digger lol.
