Looks a great house and plans look good.
How did you find selecting the builder?, was it an easy process and did they give advice on contingency budget etc?.
we are just getting quotes in now and the prices are surprising!
selecting the builder we had 6 quotes looked at previous work they had done for friends
had 3 builders we was happy with all within 5k of each other 1st choice he was fully booked up for 6 month's luckily the 2nd builder had a job put back so we have gone with him still had to wait 10 weeks hes done a big build for an old work mate which is spot on we have also seen 2 other jobs hes done and spoken to the owners he did the work for
contingency budget etc?. we are on budget as the worst part is getting out off the ground luckily we had no problems there
