Aren't there bleed nipples on the front calipers and rear drums on a 1.8 tdci focus?
Presuming that's the car were on about.
If so the best way to bleed an air locked cooling system is crack each 1 late at night when the temperature is lower then take the car out to a deserted road, preferably a long straight then drive along within the speed limit, that should do it.
Good luck with it.
