Does anyone know if it is easy enough to get access behind the radiator grill on a new shape 2017 Focus?

Local Ford body shop reckon you can remove a plastic piece fitted to the slam panel under the bonnet?

I want to fit a new grill badge and other than removing the bumper I can't see how any access is possible
