Then got the tyres fitted, yokohama a539's, and flatted the faces with 800 wet and painted them, they came out great, very pleased with the finish!

​​Next up set the bead again and balanced the tyres, this was a struggle due to the securing cups we had and the centre cap bolt hole catching, looked like I had an awful run out to start with. Eventually we found a way to mount the wheels on square and they balanced up perfect (apart from a small buckle I was already aware of).

Managed to get the wheels fitted on Tuesday, but was too dark for pictures, but they look great. Did manage to get a comparison picture of old and new off the car though

That brings me up to how it sits now. Next up will be fixing a few niggles like a faulty fuel gauge and questionable radio wiring, and fitting xr suspension. I'll try and get some photos of the wheels on the car this weekend too.
