The boarder on the right as your looking at it from the front will be made smaller and the drive will continue from up the side of the house . ATM the drive is block paved so may tarmac it so the little one can play on his bike etc. The grass will go back somewhere just don't know how big etc and where. The garden will be landscaped and maybe some walls built etc to modernise it.
