I will talk to plannng about adding a side door and if they allow it I will add one , if I have to resubmit full planning again then I will find another solution maybe like having a door in the roller shutter.
I will be using all led lights or down lighters so will cost next to nothing to run. Anything electrical I will be getting at trade or free as I will tax what I can from work lol.
Went and placed the order for the building materials and I've only ordered 700 fibrolite blocks which were around £400 more than a dense block for the 1450 I will order in total but they only weigh 7.1 kg each instead of the 19kg for a dense block and they are a nicer finish. I also changed the brick so they try and match the house a bit better as for me I don't like to see a new brick used that's totally different and stands out like a sore thumb, they also cost a little extra , so paid the bill £3400 odd quid and walked out and on the way home I thought that was steep as I've only ordered 700 blocks and when I got home I looked at the original quote and there it was they have ordered me 35 rolls of dpm lol so a quick call and they owe me £1400 odd quid back which the bloke spotted straight away on the quote and refunded me .
Materials should be here Tuesday/Wednesday.
