Not surprised to be honest. As far as I am aware the parkers figure does not include fuel or fluids. Tank full of fuel is 60kg, 6 or 7kg of engine oil, coolant etc. Then add any accessories like the larger and heavier 19" wheels, spare wheel if you have one etc.
That makes sense actually, bigger wheels, subwoofer in the boot etc all adds up I guess.
