I make it 21.05mpg.
1gal = 4.546ltrs
36.6ltrs ÷ 4.546 = 8.05gal.
173miles ÷ 8.05gal = 21.05mpg

Either way it's still shit mpg. About the same as my Focus ST when doing mostly town driving.
