I heard recently Snap On are going to force annual subscriptions, and if you dont upgrade...the gear shuts down ?

Also even if you leave it for 2 years....you cant pay a single charge to get going again/upgrade, you must still pay the 2 years anyway ?

What was the gear that didnt work ?

A friend uses Snap On, largely as it's handy and the sales guy is there every week and can get good deals etc. Occasionally it doesnt work though, but to be expected with any setup.

We had a chat with the Launch guy at Autosport and to be fair it looks like a very good system. IMO messing about with the unit felt nicer than using my friends Snap On ( Modis or Souls, cant recall which but it has the Y/N buttons and roller as well as touch screen ) Never actually used one on a car though.

Some will say the likes of Bosch is best though, but never used it either.
