Running bad all the time or under certain circumstances?

I read somewhere that spraying some lithium grease into the end of the leads on both IC and SP ends will act as an insulator and repellant for water & dust between the IC, Leads and Sparks.

I'd do the plugs, leads and coils with something known to be working.

Check the PCV Valve and Crankcase Breather pipe at rear of engine - if this is split, it'll cause a vacuum issue and thus shitty running conditions.

Try removing KAM fuse for a few mins and/or disconnecting battery so that it forces a relearn.

If you have an OBD2 Bluetooth adaptor - download an application called Forscan Lite for Android and link it up - this app will give you an overview of a load of different sensors and codes from units you wouldn't think was possible. Should give you the right idea of what's going on. Check Idle Control Valve readings, MAF readings too.
