Maybe 10 years ago, iv go a 3.0s that I paid £180 for, a 2.8 turbo 4 speed that was £1500 and is mint, a 1.6 laser that cost me £160, but that was 10+ years ago, like everything else old ford wise the prices have rocketed, £2k now gets u a ropey 1.6 laser that's just about got an mot, 2.8 rust buckets much worst than this one fetch £2k. Its a shame as capris have always been affordable in comparison with over priced mk1/2 escorts but now are getting out of reach too.
