The owner has been keeping an eye on eBay, I think he knows it would make around £3k. Not sure I would want to give that much for it- but the restored ones fetch 10k plus so I'm not sure if it's too dear or not...
You could end up spending close to the £10k if it is really bad. I think £3k is to much for it. You could save money if you can do all the welding, paintwork and engine rebuild your self but if you have to get it done by a restoration company the bills will mount up very quickly.
