That's a basket case fella. A couple of things you should consider is the parts like many older Fords these days are getting hard to find. You've mentioned a dogey front panel which are going for around the £600 mark not to mention front wings ! Fuel tanks are like rocking horse poo. On the plus side it looks like an early 4 speed which folks like but unless the car has some sort of sentimental value it's just a breaker.
