It's just the load from the supercharger really...most other accessories dont take a huge amount.
Some blowers take more than others, more boost will require more power to drive, etc etc.

So lots of variables, but the current setup doesnt look bad and there is fairly decent wrap although an additional idler as mentioned would help all round, although it's a case of fabricating a sturdy bracket for it.
