If the dual pulley is the water pump, there isn't enough wrap of belt around it.
You need at least 90 degree wrap.
You'd be better coming off the top of the water pump, back of belt under the idler, then up to the S/C pulley.
Hopefully the return from the S/c will pass the idler with belt on.
their is the standard belt that goes around the water pump but it's not shown in the picture.
The pulley shown in the photo is actually a tensioner and not a idler. I was thinking I might need a fixed idler to sit on top of the belt as well ?
