Not an option I don't think. Part exchange value is around £8000. I paid £17,500 for it 18 months ago and have around £6000 left on the finance I took out on it (it isn't an affordability issue, it was interest free and I wanted a brand new car to see what's like). That means technically I've lost £10,000 on it. Not that I didn't know I would but the plan was to keep it 10-15 years which spreads the cost out much further.
However, the car has been nothing but trouble so far and the engine has so many calibration issues it's driving me absolutley wild and Ford have told me they won't be fixed.
So I could throw another engine in complete with working EGR & DPF or I could make mine 'unroadworthy' and remove the EGR & DPF to make it drive right.
