Its part of the Vibration system that's unique to this car. Lots of time & development on this & a chunk of my money its taken from aero engines technology. That is the only part that Mark will let me show its really just a special front rattler with mods. If this system works im sure Mark will tell everyone whats been done. It does away with a girdle by stopping the problem not just moving it to a different frequency.
