I have had my 2wd Saff for 21 years and no matter where I take it people of all ages know what it is and are always interested in it. When I bought mine I could have bought a 3 door but personally I have always prefered the idea of a 4 door saloon with a boot that goes like shit off a shovel. I didnt buy my car thinking about it as a future investment but something that I could turn into a very quick car that over the years has humbled many other so called performance cars and given me lots of pleasure.
Its a fact there are fewer 2wd Saffs now than there are 3 doors and their prices will rise but who gives a shit if its not by as much as the 3 doors? Probably only "investors" not Ford enthusiasts!
