Anyone had experience of the hard plastic fuel line on a Mk4 Mondeo 2.0 Duratec springing a leak?
Noticed a really strong smell of fuel yesterday and when I lifted the bonnet was greeted by a little jet of fuel coming out of a little pin hole in the pipe just before it enters the fuel rail.
I've plugged it temporarily for now until I can get a proper repair done, but just seems a strange thing to suddenly happen. The pipe's normally covered by a large plastic cover so is not exposed in any way
