215/40/17s sit right on my 7 inch wide wheels.
Have to agree with that mate tyre is a lot more flush with the rim, also less chance of the dreaded kerb rash, gonna try some 245's on the rear when i'm due some new. Cannot get a suitable 235 in a 17" rim anymore
