One last question if I may...

When I temporarily fitted the new alloy wheel on the rear of the car it rubbed ever so slightly on the flexible lining of the inner/rear of the back arch. I could simply hold the lining out of the way with my hand but was wondering what I should do when I come to fit the wheels, do I need spacers or do I just push the lining back and hope it holds?

The lining is loose and almost feels baggy
