Hi guys,

I have just bought some st170 focus wheels for my fiesta mk6 2007. The wheel sizes should fit and the bolt pattern is the same at 4x208.

Today I tried to fit one of the wheels when I realised that the holes for the bolts or lugs are much bigger on the new alloys than on the steels that are currently on the car!

I have looked everywhere and can only find people asking about the centre hole being too big, not the diameter of all the individual bolt holes. Does this matter? And if so, what can I do to fix the problem? Is there a spacer-nut I can get which will help fill the gap between the thread and the alloy?

The old steels slip on and off the bolts snug and the new wheels have much wider holes for the lug holds to go through.
