I totally agree, as soon as I found out it was a total loss I contacted him. he wants to deny all knowledge and showed me a daft text message showing how it was clear. Because it was a classified add on e-bay I'm having some issues with reporting his add. As far as the seller is concerned a deposit is a deposit, no luck, he's out of pocket for the add?? I'm sure any honest seller would refund you without question.
