would have thought it was suppsoed to have some lubrication, plus the driveshaft seal must be there for a reason other than to prevent dust.
The manual doesnt state to grease it or anything so im assuming it must get gear oil from the other side, plus the speedo drive gear has an o'ring. f@ck knows
