Default Couple of questions about cossie problems

Hi all, I'm over in the restorations section trying to get my old girl sorted out.
(oldest rally Sierra time for some tlc)

Just a couple of quick questions that hopefully someone can help with.

The clutch has stuck to the fly wheel with sitting for awhile.
Would holding the brakes and turning the crank by hand (socket on the crank bolt) damage anything before the plate snapped free?
Or would it be better to wait until I try turning her over and use the starter to try and break it off?

The other question concerns the injectors.
They are greys and when I first got the car she ran badly and hunted until it was suggested that the pintle ends were cut off as they 'trapped fuel' I did this and she did run well afterwards.
After the rebuild a couple of years ago she wouldn't run properly.
The fuel lines were changed, the tank cleaned out and the injectors cleaned. She then ran and pulled well.
A couple of trips later she began to miss and then wouldn't run at all.
I asked injectortune to check the plugs they had cleaned and they said they were still fine.

Once I've cleaned out the lines again, she has clean fuel in, cleaned plugs and a new batt. I'll test to see if she runs, but is it possible that the uncut injector pintles could be causing her to run rich and stop?

The greys with the new ends on them..

Looking at the plugs it looks like she was very rich on 134, but 2 looks like it just didnt fire at all after the new plugs were put in.
So, I maybe barking up the wrong tree with the pintles, it may be electrical?
Cheers
And thanks in advance for any help that might point me in the right direction.
