Question Sierra DOHC throttle cable replacement

Hi everyone! I'm Jimmy and I'm from Spain. This is my first time posting on here though I've read you all tons of times. I'm a mechanics student and I own a 1991 Ford Sierra Ghia by the way

So basically this is my problem: when I bought the car I firstly realized something was wrong with the tensor. I checked it out and effectively it was broken (this is kinda dangerous as you can imagine)
I decided to buy a brand-new throttle cable so I bought the First Line FKA1018 since it was the one theoretically made for the DOHC.

The only instructions ever given were, literally "1750mm long with female ball end socket (pedal)/barrel ferrule (carb/throttle body)"

As you can see, the tensor itself it's way different than the original one, so that's the beginning of my problems. Maybe I bought the wrong one?
The thing is I can't really see how it works, if you are supposed to split two parts or how to if that's the case...it's true mess.

Also, when I was determined to start mounting the cable I realized there was something wrong. The barrel in the actual throttle body it's also different (it's vertically mounted in the original one and horizontally mounted in the brand-new one, making a T) and for disassembling it everyone has told me something different so I don't really know how. Of course, I'd prefer to read your tips before I start over with it.

So that's it! Thanks everyone for reading me. I really hope someone can help me and I also hope this post is not too big or tiring or it's in the wrong place
Sorry for my English though.
