Got back off holiday early hours of Tuesday morning - the wife and kids are out there another week so I decided to make the most of my free time so had the day off Tuesday and made a start on the car. wheels off and bilberry cleaner to get brake dust off - much better than iron x imo.

then removed tar and washed them, clayed them and washed again then once dry I sealed them with carpro dlux and left the in the garage for a few days, then waxed them with fusso wax.

that took about 6-7 hours

after work weds I snow foamed the car, washed with the dodo juice, iron x'd, lanced off, them tar removed, washed it again and used the g3 clay mitt (on 3 for 2 at Halfords at the mo) then lanced off.

done the above to the missus car after work Thursday.

last night refitted the wheels to my car and changed the oil/filter on the wife's car

now, typically it was forecast rain for today so I went out and bought a 4.5 meter coleman event shelter for £150...

however what I had not planned on were the 30+mph winds that we had today, so trying to put the shelter up myself this morning was a total cunt, a neighbour came over while I was literally getting blown all over the shop trying to put the bastard up but he just asked me about my holiday, then fucked off. cunt.

still, just about managed it and tied it down to walls, buckets of water the wife's cmax...

then set about taping up the car, used a lot more than I thought id need and ran out when I had nearly done it, then cracked out the DAS6 Pro...

5 hours later it was all polished up... got the swirls out as far as I can see, but there were a few deeper scratches, managed to get most of them either out or to a reasonable level but I was pretty fucked after that!

removed all the tape, jet washed and washed the car and dried it.

got the gtechniq C1 out and started to put it on the bonnet when it stared to cunt it down got the bonnet wet as I was trying to buff off the C1 so that's probably fucked now.

I gave up after that, packed up, put the shelter down, got soaked through, had a shower and ordered a lamb madrass that I have just eaten...

forecast for tomorrow looks cloudy, but dry after 7am but still mega windy.

I cant be fucked to put the shelter up but hopefully ill give the car another wash, do the C1 and wax it with the fusso wax.

the wife's car will have to wait as im bollocksed! sod detailing cars for a living!

hindsight suggests id have been better spending my time and money on cocain and cheap hookers, im sure I would have enjoyed it more
