Bit more work done on the car fired up straight away and got the front end back together an the radiator supported better much more clearance now. The new boost pipes were a right faff getting them to fit correctly. Nice big Airtec intercooler has no option but to be on show loving the look anyway. All i want from this car is a mean looking front end and some turbo noises which i'm pleased to say this car now has

Couple of issues when running though. First is when the idle speed control valve is plugged in the engine idles at 2000rpm? Unplugged idles fine.
Second is the 2 vac pipes on the rs turbo manifold that have the one way valve on the end where the bloody hell is it supposed to connect to?











Tight fit very busy little area with not much room but managed to sort it
