I have had my 2wd Saff for 21years, in all that time I have never worried that I need a boot full of tools and spares when I go out in it.The only things I take are a 1litre bottle of oil, some engine coolant and power steering fluid as they are really the only thing it may need.If you look after it it will be as reliable as any other car.Even after a trip up to York and back from Southampton it only needed a small amount of power steering fluid.
Have confidence in it and enjoy driving it!
