Seat bolsters can be replaced, dash can be replaced, has same problem on cold start as mine - just a fuel pump relay - £40 (but don't tell the seller that!)

Dash - £150 if it's bad.

Needs a little paint, but if you paid 1800 for it you would have another 1700 to mint it.....

Worth a look if it's anywhere near you....
