Runs good but noticed a few bolts coming loose again, some of the cam cover and the engine lifting eye bolt needs a new one i think. But that's no big job

I do think the car makes some higher temps when driving then before... But maybe it's just me being a bit Cosworth paranoid at the moment

So makes your cosworth the same temp and it this the normal temp or in the safe limit being normal temperatures?
Mine never runs that high and to be honest I don't think I would drive it like that! For peace of mind only as mechanically it may be perfectly safe i.e. New sensor may just read higher than the previous sensor.

Did you see this thread recently....?....I would say change the ECT sensor immediately and see what happens with the temp gauge.
