Default Modified Fuel Rail, 14mm Inlet Spacer and 4x4 Manifold
4x4 Fuel Rail + Regulator
Modified with -6 inlet. Been on my car for years with no leaks.
Fuel reg has been known to adjust itself. Would probably be fine with some threadlock or similar down the adjustment screw thread. Use at your own risk.

Cracked as shown in Pics.
Never noticed it when it was on the car, and no evidence of blowing.
