Great seeing this. We had a 16v black Probe ('94 M reg) from '98 until 2006. Only needed a recon dizzi plus the usual service parts over about 40,000. Paid £5,500 and sold it on ebay for £450.

Did look for another a few years back but they all seem to have vanished now. Last one I saw on the road was in Spain.

Your V24 looks like it's going to be 'just right' as Goldilocks would say. Hope those wheels don't spoil it.

Never understood why they were not more loved in the UK. Nothing wrong with them in my mind; well built, loads of features as standard that even 2016 cars don't have, cheap to run, plenty of room inside, big boot and sports car looks. The only area to rust on ours was the sun roof. Couldn't say that about most '90s Fords.
