Can anyone help?

My mate is wanting to lower his MK4 Escort van but is unsure about leaf springs can anyone help him out? Hes been ringing about and most have said they wont do them etc etc!!

Hes from the peterborough area so think he wud prefer to stay round that way unless anyone can tell him how to do it himself??
