Found RAC to be utter shit! Rang through advised the car required recovery and why. 3hours later a guy in a van rolls up to tell me it was funked and needed recovery. 3 more hours pass and I get a driver who throws his toys out the pram as he was told I had a flat tyre then tells me modified cars should be illegal as they make his job hard. Then the fuckers ruined my handbrake by swinging on it it like a neolithic idiot. Complained to RAC who then did fuck all and wash their hands of any of it.

Would rather shit into my hands and clap than go near them again!
