Which ever way you go out on the road it's going to work. But fact is real life data proves the expensive core in the spec r one produces far lower charge air temp. If your mapper likes to work with low temps to keep things safe and on point with high horse power cars then you don't have much choice if you want what he tells you he can get with certain parts.
I bet if you compare the charge air temps of a car at the end of a very short 1/4 mile with one out on the road on a sunny day flat out in 4th the difference in temps would be shocking over the two cores
Very true. Mark was holding my car back as the 500 cooler was not cooling enough. I will end up spec r or similar to Marks spec but this will be a good stop gap and then I can dump the car with Whoever makes it and leave it there, perhaps when I am on holiday. The car has been off the road for way too long and I want a good bit of use before I lose it for a few weeks. I need to get Mark to check the map for my hart inlet and by adding this cooler we can see what those two are doing.
