Depends to what extent really.. and more importantly by who!
Costs vary massively. A skim should cost no more than £70/80.

Headwork is a minefield. Everyones "stage" is different and the quality is varying from one firm to another.

The zetec heads also flow fairly well as standard. Are you going turbo/big bhp n/a?
