just leave everything default
as all other peeps do ..
so anyone in your neighboorhood can use your connection aswell
then when you connect your laptop .. it will display a list of found networks... connect to any open
network that says:
Default
Linksys
thomson
all networks will provide you with an ip adress from the built in DHCP server and you can surf the net..
also .. your neighboors will be able to view all stuff located on your pc when youre as smart as i understand from your post
