Ford have created massive hype for the launch of this car, journalists are worshiping it, it's a PR masterpiece as well as a technical one. If you order one now you'll be waiting a year for it. They don't need to push them at fleet buyers, people are falling over themselves to buy them retail. About 4000 units sold in Europe so far I'm told, 3000 of those in the UK.
