sounds pretty serious offences

A few years ago I had a similar summons post conviction for a motoring offence like this and after speaking to the court and filling out a load of forms the whole thing got overturned.

Certainly didnt have to pay any solicitors a penny. Think i had to pay some small court fee but it wasnt much.

Edit - googled it - statutory declaration had to be done.
