No the xr2i 16v was 115ps, rs1800 had 130ps, the only difference is the inlet, ecu and cams. The inlet will also have HO written on it if its a 130 ps item, I don't have pics but the rs would have had 5 spoke flat faced 15 inch wheel.
and yes decent escos wheels fetch good money
