Was the change to hydraulic worth it for me? Nope. Very little difference in pedal weight compared to the cable set up on my old white one. I wouldn't bother again myself personally.
I am suprised you are not that happy with your hydraulic clutch conversion. Before I had mine done on my 2wd my operation was hopeless.There was only about an inch of movement from it being engaged to dis-engaged, it was very heavy ( Alcon 6 paddle ) and clutch control in slow moving traffic was a nightmare.
Now it is much lighter, has plenty of movement in the pedal and feels completely different to how it used to be.I have the Helix 6 paddle now and for me it has been very worth while and I have nothing but praise for it.
