I fitted a hydraulic clutch set up on my saph and the pedal feels ok, still feels very heavy but then I have little strength in my left leg which was the point of converting to hydraulic.

Was the change to hydraulic worth it for me? Nope. Very little difference in pedal weight compared to the cable set up on my old white one. I wouldn't bother again myself personally.
