Has anyone ever done this?

I have a spare Evo 6 seat I'm looking at fitting into my Mk6 ST but trying to see if anyone else has done this to get some advice, in particular getting the seat onto a subframe (don't fancy spending £250 on a Recaro frame, would rather modify a standard one)

Any help or advice greatly appreciated
