Hi there.
My mother in laws 52 plate 1.8 focus estate dropped a valve the other week and since she likes the car and doesn't have a huge amount if money to replace it I have bought a brand new engine to out in it.
I did the clutch last year and it was a pig of a job as it had never been in bits before.
I am wondering if you can remove the engine from the top without dropping the box,subframe etc as from the top should be a lot easier,but I have never removed a focus engine so any advice is appreciated.
