Megs compounds are fine, I use a few of their range but mainly Scholl and Menzerna.

My guessing is technique, work small areas at a time. As I mentioned on a previous thread, there is plenty of info on detailing world with how to's. You need to break a bonnet down into at least 6 sections. If you were closer I'd happily show you..
