Yes you can just buy ET38 stick a 3mm spacer on to bring back to ET35 and jobs a carrot. running a 3mm spacer is probably ok with original studs or if a little short get longer ones.

Sorry for confusion I thought you already had ET35 wheels and wanted to make them ET38..
